Every Detail, Resolved Before Production
CAD turns the approved concept into the technical form from which your piece will be made. Sookjai reviews the render point by point against the direction you confirmed, while dimensions, setting and material requirements are resolved around the actual gemstone.
You receive renders from multiple angles and may refine the proportions, thickness, prongs, shoulders or surrounding stones until the design feels right.

Once the CAD is approved, Sookjai follows production on your behalf. Updates are shared at the moments that matter—before plating, and again when the finished piece is ready for final review.

When you entrust us with a gemstone of your own, its condition is established before design or production begins. We inspect the stone, record its dimensions and weight, photograph existing marks and discuss any considerations that may affect setting.

If a gemstone is damaged as a direct result of our work, Sookjai takes responsibility for sourcing and cutting a replacement as close as reasonably possible to its original character and condition.
READY FOR YOU
Final Review and Delivery
Once every stage is complete and the piece has passed final inspection, we prepare photographs and video for your review. The remaining balance is settled only after you have seen the finished result.
Your piece is then prepared with its jewellery box, polishing cloth, material details and warranty. A gemstone certificate is included where applicable.

FINAL REVIEW
Photographs and video of the completed piece.
TYPICAL TIMING
Approximately two weeks to one month from payment, depending on the design and current production schedule.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is settled after the finished piece has been reviewed.

Collection near Silom, trusted Bangkok delivery, Grab or EMS.
CONTINUED CARE
After the Piece Is Yours
Our care continues beyond delivery, with support for the details most closely connected to how your piece is worn.

Setting workmanship is covered for 30 days from the date you receive your piece.

Plating workmanship is covered against peeling for 30 days from the date of delivery.
